How can I notify candidates about the next steps in the application process through Jobma?

Keeping candidates informed about their application status is a great way to enhance your employer brand.

Firstly, open your Jobma account and go to the left navigation panel.

Go to Applicants>Evaluate

Search for the Applicant and click on ‘Evaluate.’

Right below the candidate's name, spot the 'Status' dropdown menu. Pick the status that fits – Selected, Rejected, Shortlisted, or On Hold.

Then, you will be asked to write a message in the box that you want to send to the candidates 

Click on ‘Send Email’ and ‘SMS Notification.’
