Sending a reminder helps candidates get ready and makes sure they don't forget the interview, making things smooth and positive.
If you want to send an auto-reminder to a candidate, log in to your Jobma account and go to the left navigation panel.
Click on Applicants>Track
Under Invitation Lists, you’ll find a list of candidates. Select the candidate to whom you want to send the reminder and then find the bell ‘icon’ in the bottom right of the box. Hit that
Enter the ‘Interview Link Expiration Date’ and a message.
Click on ‘Send’
